Shipping policy

The Courier

Delivery is by express courier from Monday to Friday during working hours.

To ensure correct delivery, we recommend that you have your order delivered to your place of work and that you provide your telephone number in addition to the delivery address so that the courier can contact you in the event of any problems.

Order status

As soon as our goods leave the warehouse you will receive an email with the SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION in which you will find the tracking number that you can use to check the delivery status of your parcel online. Tracking via this number is activated approximately 2 working days after confirmation of shipment.

If you do not receive your goods within one week after the dispatch confirmation e-mail, please notify our customer service.
